Hello,
Im currently looking at a piece of property in antelope meadows, We are a family of 4 and would love some information on the HOA restrictions. How sticklers are they? Do I truly need to submit plans to plant a tree? What sort of tickets are common in this area? I currently live in Phoenix and the HOA out here is outrageous.

As a resident here in Antelope Meadows, I enjoy living here. If you review the CC&R's it will give you an idea of the guidelines for the community. I haven't had an issues with the AMAC. The board are all volunteers that live in the community. The best way to get an answer is to call the AMPOA phone and leave a message.

Thank you all for your questions about the Antelope Meadows POA. The response from Yvonne sums it up. If you have any further questions or concerns you can come to our Antelope Meadows board meeting on April 16 at 6:30 PM at the HUSD Transportation building off of Robert Rd. The board would be glad to hear from you and answer any questions that they are able to at that time.
