What are the “restrictions or rules” of building in 10 acres. How many homes how big? Does one have to be certain times bigger than one? Thanks

The best way to get an answer to this question is to contact the AMPOA board. Building restrictions are dependent on where the property is located at. You can also call the AMPOA cell phone and speak to a board member to get further information. the cell phone number is (928) 910-5900.
