Good afternoon, we'll be moving into the Hickey Lane property in February and wanted to add a shed to our property to house our RV and an extra vehicle. We know that these plans need to go through the HOA. We are wondering who we submit plans to as well as how long the process takes? Have any of you experienced this process? What did you learn? How can we streamline the process? We hope it goes smoothly and quickly so that we don't have to leave our cars exposed through winter. Please let me know! Looking forward to being in the neighborhood!
