Hi,
I am a new member of the community (AM POA) and new to this forum as well.
With technology the way it is today, I had some questions maybe others here could help answer for me.
What is the most widely used type of social media by other AM PO's? Obviously besides cell phones.
Other than seeing someone on their property and waving at them to start a discussion, how does one go about trying to communicate to ones neighbors here or get contact number?
Is there a community address book with contact numbers?
My home is in the per-construction phase and soon to be ready for POA & CDD approvals. It would be nice to communicate with other that have recently built here and share some of the experiences.
I.E: sub-contractor info and general construction processes.
My ballot was will be mailed out shortly for the upcoming POA election, It sound as though we have some strong leader among those running. (A GOOD THING) It would have been nice to meet and talk to all of you (them).
Hope this wasn't a painful read. Looking forward to meeting more of you in the upcoming months. My next visit will should be the 4th week of January.
